Two Rivers Rocky Crossing Hunter Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 - 6 Bottles
Availability: In stock

The luscious grapes used to create Rocky Crossing Cabernet Sauvignon were cold soaked and fermented on skins. Post maturation in American and French oak, the wine displays a deep purple hue. The fragrant nose presents scintillating aromas of dried spice and liquorice, with bush tomato hints evident in the backdrop. The palate is rich and structured, brimming with blackcurrant, ripe plum and bush tomato flavours. Strong and dusty tannins combine with these beautiful elements to end in a captivating finish. Drink it with panfry steaks, roast burgers, or red meat stews.

Since 1988, Two Rivers Wines has been producing aromatic, full flavoured and refreshing wines. Renowned viticulturist Brett Keeping and his wife, Linda have been nurturing the company’s flourishing vineyards to yield premium grape varieties. The company’s name was derived from the unique position of its in-house vineyard, situated on the banks of the River Hunter, where it converges with the River Goulburn.
