From a region that is known for exceptional Cab Sav, Limestone Coast, this red was matured for 12 months in old French oak puncheons in order to highlight the fruit vibrancy & structure. The result is a beautiful ruby coloured with. A swirl of the glass reveals blackberry and dark cherry aromas along with subtle violet and olive tapenade nuances. These are followed by a medium- to full-bodied palate offering fresh and vibrant flavours of dark fruits accompanied by a touch of herbaceous varietal notes. Silky tannins provide these characteristics a natural balance, making the way for an elegant finish. You may pair it with Cabernet braised venison cheeks, roast beef or simple meatballs.
