This Pinot Grigio has been crafted using fruit sourced from the Mygunya Vineyard, located in the renowned Adelaide Hills wine region. The fruit was picked at early stage of ripeness for a fresh, lively and crisp style of Pinot Grigio wine. This has given the drink more citric and mineral expression rather than overt tropical fruitiness. Fermentation was unoaked and carried out in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to retain the fresh aromatics and structure of the wine.
