Waterwood Blacatoo Infinity Shiraz 2017 Barossa Valley - 1 Bottle
Availability: In stock

Infinity Shiraz is from the prestigious sub-region of Marananga in the heart of the Barossa Valley. The 70-year-old vines sit 300m above sea level enjoying optimum ripening conditions of warm days and cool nights. The soil is an ideal mix of red clay, quartz and granular ironstone. Sweet berry fruit aromas are exhibited on the nose overlaid with subtle cloves and spice. Dark, concentrated fruits on the palate are intertwined with hints of chocolate, liquorice and aniseed. Subtle minty edges are supported by well-integrated French and American oak giving a smooth, rich mouthfeel and a long finish.
