Garganega is an Italian white wine that originated and is widely produced in the Veneto region (Northern Italy). It is often blended with Gambellara the main grape variety used in making Soave, a very famous Italian wine. As a varietal, Garganega white wines generally offers peach blossom, apricot, almond and baked golden apple aromas. It is typically dry but winemakers may sometimes also use late-harvest grapes to produce sweet style Garganega Wines.
