Canonbah Bridge Wines

Canonbah Bridge Wines

Canonbah Bridge Wines range is named after the old Canonbah township that bordered the McLaughlin's farm. Since the early 1900's the old Canonbah Bridge is the only thing that still remains while the whole township is deserted. The label of the series depicts a Merino ram, appearing to jump over the bridge, symbolizing the family's leap of faith from wool to wine. With this premium range, the family aims to express its heritage that culminates in cutting-edge winemaking and quality low yielded fruit. The wines are maturated in a combination of French and American oak complimented by Rhone yeasts as further components that well express this particular terroir. The range includes Drought Reserve, Shiraz Grenache Mourvedre, Verdelho, and Sauvignon Blanc wines, displaying the fullness of flavours and intensity.
