Multi-award winning winemaker, Jo Irvine established Levrier Wines to capture the pure essence of forgotten varietals of the Barossa, varietals like Cabernet Franc, Zinfandel and Merlot.

Her quest is simple - in addition to the lesser important desire to satisfy her own palate, her intent is to incorporate European beauty into these largely forgotten varietals.

Besides her love for wine, Jo is a passionate dog lover and advocate for greyhound adoption.
