Margan winery, located in the famous Hunter Valley, was set up in the mid 1990s by Andrew and Lisa Margan. Estate-grown and -manufactured, Margan wines are hand crafted by Andrew in their 500 tonne winery. The property also includes about 100 hectares of land under vineyards, a marvelous cellar door and restaurant. The brand has won various awards & accolades for the fine quality, along with a 5 star rating. It also achieved ‘Best Winery’ title at the NSW & Hunter Tourism Awards 2013 as well as 2014. Enjoyed Australia-wide, Margan family wines are also exported to countries like the UK, China, Germany, Malaysia, Norway and so on.
