Wilson Vineyard is a small boutique winery operated by Winemaker Daniel Wilson. Located in Clare Valley’s Polish Hill River, South Australia, Wilson Vineyard grows Riesling, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Zinfandel and Merlot grape varieties. The winery, operating since 1998, believes in low tech, small batch winemaking with minimal usage of preservatives. The grapes for Wilson Vineyard wines are hand-plunged, whole-bunch pressed, and hand-picked. The wines are unfiltered and went through minimal handling which is reflected in each and every bottle coming from Wilson Vineyard.
