This dry white was matured in French oak for a period of five months. Showcasing light to medium straw hues, the pleasing wine exudes fresh aromas of bright nectarines and peaches, enhanced by subtly spiced oak nuances. This fruity bouquet effortlessly makes way for a medium bodied palate, filled with citrus and white peach flavours that are accompanied by a delicate oak complexity. These lively fragrances and flavours together lead to a crisp and long finale. This beautiful drink should be enjoyed whilst young and fresh. Pair it with food preparations such as poached chicken and avocado salad, or pumpkin and bacon risotto to discover its full potential.
