The luxurious Wolf Blass Red Label Australian Tawny is a blend of classic varieties used for fortified wine, such as Shiraz, Grenache and Mourvèdre. It was blended from many vintages, for consistency across every release. Aged in seasoned oak casks, the resulting wine features a deep burnished amber colour. The rich bouquet exudes complex aromas of plump raisins and dried orchard fruits, coupled with maple nuances. The palate is luscious, brimming with flavours of dried fruits, toasted nuts and smooth chocolate characters. These aromas and flavours together lead to a dry and mature finish. This opulent drink has been crafted for consumption upon release. Pair it with Parmesan cheese, walnuts or pears to enjoy a wonderful experience.
