Wooing Tree Blondie 2020 Central Otago - 12 Bottles
Availability: Out of stock

The Pinot Noir grapes used to craft Wooing Tree Blondie were handpicked and whole bunch pressed. The juice obtained was then fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain intense fruit flavours and complexity. This led to the creation of a pale yellow coloured wine displaying deep green highlights throughout. Lush aromas of pears and peaches flow from its scintillating nose, making way for a luscious and dense palate filled with flavours of stone fruit, red berry and grapefruit. These characters fuse together and culminate in an elegant and satisfying climax. This wonderful Blanc de Noir tastes marvellous, served slightly chilled with foods like smoked salmon sushi salad and fried chicken sandwiches.
