Search For Low Alcohol On The Label:
Look for ABV (alcohol by volume) mark on the bottle. If the bottle of white wine that you are picking up says 12.5% or less ABV, it means it is low alcohol. For reds, look for 13.5% or less ABV. A wine that is low in alcohol will be low in calories as well. Also, you can look for wines from cooler regions like Tasmania and Victoria as cool region wines are generally low in alcohol.
