Tasting Notes:

This elegant wine invited delicious flavours of red berry, cherry, and a hint of dark chocolate on the nose and palate, along with undertones of oak, nutty spice and sour-sweet red fruit. A deep, elegant finish is offered by delicate tannins, while a minerally quality adds complexity. Its fine texture and rich flavours go well with grilled pork, roasted duck, or a charcuterie board.
