TASTING NOTES
Light straw green in colour, this wine is an elegant expression of what this varietal can deliver. The wine shows tropical notes on the nose. The palate is rich with flavours of gooseberry, citrus and herbs. All of this is balanced with firm, crisp acidity and a lingering finish. Matches perfectly with seafood dishes or as a refreshing drink on its own.
