TASTING NOTES:

Pale bright pink. Restrained, yet highly perfumed, fresh and vibrant wild strawberry and fennel bouquet. the palate reveals layers of fresh red fruits, spice and racy acidity with a touch of savoury complexity and a crunchy dry finish; the slight amaro bitterness on the finish provides freshness and the style is perfect as an aperitif, or to be enjoyed with salumi and antipasti.
