TASTING NOTES
The wine is pale gold in colour with youthful green tinges. The aroma is intense with a complex bouquet of citrus and peach fruit characters. Barrel fermentation adding charred oak and cashew nut to the nose and palate. The flavours of stone fruit and lemon zest are sustained with fresh acid and toasty oak in a rich well-structured wine.
