In a glass, this mesmerising Sauv Blanc displays a light straw colour along with green tinges. The nose emits lifted guava aromas which are accompanied by some brioche fragrances. A touch of cask fermentation and biscuity lees completes the bouquet, and it in turn leads to a dry and medium bodied palate. A sip of the wine shows a creamy mouthfeel and a touch of gooseberry and delicious herbal notes. Supported by a lively acidity, the dry palate leads to a harmonious finale. Sashimi tastes great served alongside this wine.
