A dry style of Rose crafted with Pinot Noir, this wine is another great number from De Bortoli. It has a pale salmon pink colour. The bouquet of this wine displays musk, honey, red fruits, classic strawberry and hints of rose petals. It has a mouth filling palate that is dry and savoury with nuances of candied violets and juicy berries. Wild yeast fermentation gives it a brilliant texture and complexity. It is ready for immediate consumption and can also be cellared for up to 3 years. Pair it with smoked salmon, turkey, light pasta and rice etc.
