TASTING NOTES

This delightful Prosecco from the King Valley region was fermented in stainless steel vats. The result is a pale coloured wine showcasing hints of green along with fine beads. The fruit-driven bouquet is complemented by hints of green apple and wisteria paving the way for a light-bodied palate. Flavours of fresh pithy lemon, apple and pear along with gentle creaminess are followed by a soul-satisfying climax. Enjoy this savoury wine young on its own or with smoked salmon, nuts, and salad. For a refreshing and lively spritz, you can also mix it with soda water and an ap?ritif.
