The 2022 season graced the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes with consistent mild weather, ensuring a harmonious maturation and even ripening. Gentle showers in the spring coupled with a temperate climate set the stage for grapes to develop their lively characteristic tastes. This Cab Sav has also received attentive cultivation, with fermentation in open-topped vats to embrace its robust essence, dynamic flavours, and deep hue. A combination of French and American oak barrels was used to enhance the wine's structure, imparting a firm tannic framework.
