TASTING NOTES

Sourced from selected vineyards in the Wilyabrup and Jindong sub regions of Margaret River various parcels of top quality fruit have been blended to create this bright fruity wine, with very lifted aromas of grapefruit, sweet vanilla and cashew nut, with ripe mango, fresh fruit salad and toffeed fig on the palate all leading to a long creamy finish. This wine is a perfect summer BBQ accompaniment, it is a fresh bright thirst quencher on it’s own or try it with fresh seafood and a green salad.
