Jacob’s Creek Shiraz Cabernet is a medium-bodied red wine crafted in a modern style. It has lovely aromas of plums and berries on the nose. The palate of this wine is brimming with juicy dark and red fruit flavours backed by oak. The wine enjoys an interesting complexity, smooth tannins, and a good length and texture. A pure joy on a cool winter evening, this wine pairs exceedingly well with red meats, tomato sauce based dishes, duck and pork.
