La La Land Victoria Tempranillo 2021 - 6 Bottles

WINERY INFORMATION:

La Linea hatched in Peter Leske's head in late 2006, soon after leaving Nepenthe. He had been Winemaker at the super-premium Adelaide Hills company since its foundation just over a decade earlier. Contemplating his next step, he found the aroma and taste of a dry, fine rosé made from Tempranillo grapes turning over and over in his mind. Fermented in sweeping-arm Potter fermenters for twelve days and matured in French and American oak barrels for nine months.

TASTING NOTES:

Deep red– black. Black cherries, juicy blackberries and little blueberries with liquorice spice. Juicy, soft and full flavoured. Super smooth and super all round. Enjoy now or if you can hold out over the next ten years for some seriously intense flavours. On the deck with friends with plates of spicy chorizo, char-grilled beef tacos and smoky chicken wings.
