Flaunting a deep burgundy red colour, Leasingham Classic Clare Shiraz opens with immediate complexity of aromas on the nose. The wine's palate displays ripe plum fruit characters and choc-mint richness found only in the best Clare Valley Shiraz. Concentration of tannins offers exceptional intensity and depth of flavours to this red. These flavours are best enhanced when the wine is paired with roast lamb, beef or hard cheeses.
