The palate is rife with flavours of ripe cassis and mint from Cabernet grapes supported by blackberry and plum notes from the Shiraz fruit, coupled with hints of vanillin oak. These flavours and fragrances are balanced by the fine tannins to end in a delicate and persistent finale.
