Aromas and flavours of apple and flowers, whites rose and chalk, lemon and white peach. A dry wine on the palate and one that delivers of core fruit flavours, textures and compelxity. The amphora ferment technique captures flavours and textures of soil and place, a chablis-like style with its floral highlights and pristine fruit flavours from citrus to stone fruits then soil and chalky textures.
