TASTING NOTES:
This peppery Shiraz flaunts a deep ruby colour upon being poured in a glass. On the nose, it emanates lifted aromas of blackberry and spices along with slight gun smoke. Complemented by a touch of wood, as a result of oak seasoning, these fragrances are followed by a full-bodied palate. A sip of the drink reveals fruit-driven flavours that are impressively balanced by firm tannins. You may pair this lush red with pasta or meat dishes. It tastes excellent, especially with barbecued butterflied lamb.
