Wine Description

Light, fresh and crisp, our tribute to the sparkling wines of the Veneto. The perfect white bubbles for any occasion it also makes wonderful Bellini cocktails.

Primo Secco is a blend of grape varieties grown in Primo Estate’s Virginia and Clarendon vineyards with selected parcels of fruit from other local growers. The individual varieties are vinified separately then blended together to create the base wine. Following secondary fermentation, Primo Secco is bottled early to preserve the pristine fruit flavours and fresh acidity. Fine stone fruit and lemon marry well with the delicate bubbles and crisp acidity; this wine is mouthwatering and moreish.
