Robert Oatley Wines was founded by wine enthusiast Robert Oatley in 2006. They are known for their premium quality wines, crafted to celebrate the Founder Robert Oatley, under the labels, namely, Signature Series, Finisterre and the Pennant. Their wines have been very carefully produced resonating with the wine-loving public around.

TASTING NOTES:

This Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from the Margaret River region was carefully hand picked and the wine was aged for 12 months in a combination of new and old French barrels. It results in a beautiful deep ruby hue. A swirl of the glass exudes earthy aromas along with cassis. The silky-textured palate is brimming with sweet dark fruit flavours followed by a lingering finish. This varietal can paired with braised beef, lamb or thyme roasted mushrooms and polenta.
