TASTING NOTES

With a subtle structure of French oak, this lush textured full-bodied wine has a hint of both mulberry and chocolate flavours. The grape variety chosen creates an elegant wine that will age gracefully. The region where the cabernet is grown has gravelly loamy soil which is well-drained and therefore produces full-bodied chocolatey reds. Superb to go with a variety of red meats and European cuisine.
