WINERY INFORMATION:

Rymill is a reputed wine estate spread across 150 hectares of family owned and managed vineyards in the Coonawarra region of South Australia. The winemaking team works with the philosophy of producing premium handcrafted wines that show immense power, finesse and balance, using only their own estate grown fruit. The estate was established by Judy and Peter Rymill, who planted their first grapes in 1968 and began the construction of the winery in 1990.

TASTING NOTES:

The Yearling Shiraz shows a deep purple-red colour with light crimson hues throughout. Enticing aromas of dark cherries, black pepper and vanilla flow from its scintillating nose, while the vibrant and juicy palate contains flavours of dark fruits, fresh blueberries and pepper. These lively fruit characters combine with soft tannins to provide a sweet and elegant mouthfeel, as well as a lingering finish. This delightful red wine tastes great when consumed young and fresh with lamb cutlets or mushroom pizzas.
