TASTING NOTES :
A perfectly balanced Chardonnay this wine shows vibrant fruit aromas complemented by a medium bodied textural palate. Fresh aromas of white peach, lemon curd and grapefruit zest are complexed by a subtle buttery character and a hint of vanilla from the judicious use of oak. A wine of depth, the palate is creamy and textural, melon, cashew nut and a burst of grapefruit acidity at the finish. Enjoy now we fresh Australian oysters; spaghettig a congole, cauliflower and cheddar fritters, or poached fig and semolina cake.
