TASTING NOTES :
A delicate white wine by nature, this Pinot Grigio is bursting with varietal flavour and aroma. Aromas of lemon zest, fresh pear juice and orange blossom. Crisp and clean, the palate opens with flavours of nashi pear and lemon, the mid palate shows beautiful texture complemented by baked apple flavours and a hint of floral spice. This wine is best enjoyed now with coconut poached chicken breast with a spring vegetable salad; vitello tonatto; or a strawberry and fennel tart served with fresh cream.
