TASTING NOTES:
I would just like to say is that this is a seriously good wine that delivers a ‘Chardy-load’ more than its price tag is asking for! Eight months on yeast lees in a mix of new and older French barrels has contributed lifted cinnamon/spice and toast notes to a bright and textural nose and palate of tropical, melon and stone fruit characters. A lively and typically Tahbilk, acid line refreshes on an elegant and mouth-watering finish. Delicious drinking indeed!
