Taltarni is an award-wining winery owned by the Goelet family. Boasting of a strong French influence, Taltarni’s winemaking philosophy can be described as hedonistic. TASTING NOTES:

The Taltarni Brut is a 62% Chardonnay, 32% Pinot Nor and 6% Pinot Meunier blend. With an alcohol level of 11.8%, this bright straw-coloured wine has delightfully delicate but persistent foam when poured in the glass. The nose is greeted with hints of strawberry and citrus aromas backed by notes of nut and bread. This sparkling wine has a pleasing natural acidity that balances the wine. Pair this wine with Ultimate Potato Bake, a baked potato dish topped with prosciutto-wrapped cheese. Enjoy now or let it age for another 5 years.
