Since 1998, Toorak Wines has proudly demonstrated their commitment to excellence in winemaking with an impressive medal tally in Australian wine shows. The tally includes 165 Bronze, 50 Silver, 18 Gold, 3 Double Gold, and 2 Trophies. This is reflected in their carefully tended vineyards located in the Leeton region. Here, the clay-loam soils perfectly complement the dry climate, providing an ideal environment for the grapes to ripen fully on the vine, leading to the production of our full-flavoured wines. Harvested in the cool of the night and subjected to an aerative fermentation process, their approach focuses on enhancing the wine's colour and body while ensuring a rich but soft mouthfeel.

TASTING NOTES:

This Pinot Noir presents itself with a fruit-forward character, underlined by savoury spice and dark cherry aromas. It's the result of an intricate process of maturation and fermentation that leads to the development of its rich, lively crimson colour, expected to evolve into a brick-red as the wine ages. Accompanied by light and delicate tannins, it's an excellent companion for pasta and red meat dishes.
