Hailed from 5-star rated and award-winning winery, this wine presents a soft pale pink hue in the glass, revealing scents of aromatic spring flowers, pink citrus, complemented by a touch of raspberry. On the palate, one can taste the refreshing notes of sharp granny smith apples paired with a hint of raspberry and a gentle citrus finish. Perfectly paired with herb-coated salmon, oven-roasted vegetable chips, creamy risotto, and enjoyable moments spent with close friends under the sun.

For the crafting process, the grapes were picked during the cooler night hours to maintain their vibrant freshness and superior quality. The individual batches underwent cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks, then the lees were stirred to introduce a fuller, rounded taste to the palate. After blending and stabilisation, the wine was kept on lees before undergoing filtration, readying it for bottling.
