TASTING NOTES

Crafted using manual methods, this Grenache was fermented in wooden barrels wherein the grapes were foot trodden and hand plunged regularly for three weeks. It was blended with Mourvedre and aged for 12 months in thick demi-muid barrels resulting in a rich red colour with burgundy undertones. The bouquet emanates fragrances of raspberry, rhubarb, Turkish delight, pink musks and orange peels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, it showcases a rich texture and full-bodied palate with tones of sweet, red fruit flavours. Complemented by dense tannins, it eventually culminates in lingering finish. You can pair it with grilled or braised meats.
