Henriot Champagne Millésime Rosé 2012 is a bold and charismatic vintage crafted from 100% Grand and Premier Cru vineyards, blending 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, with 10% red wine from a unique parcel in Aÿ. Aged on lees for 7 years and dosed at 7 g/l, this Champagne boasts smoky and woody aromas complemented by Mirabelle plum and spice notes. On the palate, it delivers structure and elegance with a silky tannic touch.
