TASTING NOTES:

The fine parcels used to craft Jacob’s Creek Cool Harvest Sauvignon Blanc were picked in the cool of the night to retain subtle fruit flavours and natural acidity. The fruit, along with its free run juice, was immediately delivered to the winery for destemming and gentle pressing. The resulting wine showcases a light straw colour with green hues. It exhibits fresh grapefruit and tropical fruit aromas coupled with subtle lemongrass undertones. This fragrant nose effortlessly makes way for a zesty palate showing citrus flavours, which combine with natural fruit sweetness and balancing acidity to provide a refreshing climax. Serve this delightful dry white on its own, or relish it with Thai curries, soufflés or citrusy desserts.
