TASTING NOTES:

Oakridge Local Vineyard Series Sauvignon displays a deep straw colour with hints of green along the edges. The punchy bouquet is perfumed with passionfruit, jasmine, lemon balm and Thai basil aromas, coupled with mineral and savoury undertones of white flowers, cordite and wet stones. This full flavoured Sauvignon Blanc replicates these vibrant characters on the dense and textured palate, which is supported by a layer of lime leaf acidity. These intense aromas and flavours end the wine in a long, refreshing and persistent finale. Pair this savoury white wine with green vegetables, fresh herbs and goat cheese.
