The Pocketwatch Pinot Gris is a white aromatic and floral wine produced from grapes harvested during the night from Robert Oatley vineyards in the Central Ranges. As a result of fermentation using cultured yeasts and maturation in stainless steel, this Pinot Gris is fruit-driven and bursting with apple, melon and juicy pear flavours with a bright and crisp palate. Owing to its zesty quality and refreshing appeal, this wine is the perfect companion to light dishes that feature fresh vegetables and raw fish. Shellfish, sushi, and flaky tilapia with cream sauce complement this wine taste profile perfectly.
