TASTING NOTES
The grapes used to produce this alluring Shiraz were left on skin contact, followed by light oak treatment. Step By Step Shiraz shows a deep red colour accompanied by a purple rim. The attractive bouquet exhibits mesmerising aromas. A sip of the wine reveals juicy flavours of plums, mocha and spicy dark berries. Nutty oak nuances combine with these characters, ending with a rich and persistent finish. It serves best with grilled venison, ratatouille and Parmesan cheese.
