The Stonebridge Clare Valley Riesling 2022, from the boutique family-owned winery, is a stunning expression of classic Clare Valley character. This wine features a very pale hue with a hint of green, offering delicate aromas of fresh citrus, green apple, and sea spray. Light-bodied and bone-dry, it boasts flavours of lime, grapefruit, and nashi pear, underpinned by lovely purity and vibrant acidity. The minerality reminiscent of oyster shells adds a savoury dimension, leading to a long, satisfying finish. Perfectly paired with salt and pepper squid.
