More Fun Ideas for your Empty Wine Bottles
May 06, 2014
In our earlier post, we discussed about the great art crafts that you can do with your empty wine bottles.
Today, we're going to give you a few more fun ideas:
1. Your Garden's Do-It-Yourself Watering System
Your empty wine bottle can nourish your plants just like as it did to you!
Fill it up with water, cover the opening with your palm and turn upside down. In the soil next to your plants, shove the bottle filled with water. Your plants will draw water from it when the soil dries out.
2. Turn it Into a Message Board
Coat your bottle with blackboard paint or chalkboard. Use it to post your to-do list, or post your sticky notes here rather than the fridge.
3. Cool Room Decor
Prep the empty bottle just like how you do it with the message board. Then use a poster paint to print your child's name using one bottle for each letter of his/her name. Find a nice place in his/her room to display it.
4. Candles in your Garden
Bring out your creative juices here. Decorate the bottles with different kinds of blings. Stick a candle in its opening and place them creatively in the garden to create a warm summer night ambiance!
5. Magnificent art work
Your kids might enjoy working on your empty wine bottles. There are endless possibilities and opportunities. Give them several bottles and art materials like poster paint, glitters, stickers, and ribbons and let their imaginations run wild. This will surely keep them busy on holidays and weekends.
