The 2012 Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir is definitely a must try among the fantastic line-up of the Signature Series. A cool and breezy climate prevails over the Mornington Peninsula wine region, producing healthy vines of grapes that precisely define their corresponding varietal. This wine is made from whole bunches of grapes fermented in separate open containers. The fermented extracts were treated in French Oak barrels for a short period of time.

This wine features a palate of intense wild strawberries and cherries with subtle hints of French oak that balance the flavours to a vibrant and juicy finish.
