Taltarni wine estate is owned by the Goelet family. Taltarni Wines is known for producing great and enjoyable varietals of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot and has strong ties with France’s Bordeaux wine region. Although Taltarni emerged into the winemaking business with rich and elegant red varietals, it has now gone on to include the creation of crisp and juicy white varietals as well to cater to the needs and wishes of people around the globe. The winery released its first collection in the year 1977. Since then, it has received various distinctions, awards and appreciation in a number of wine shows across the world. Just two years after the initial release, Taltarni’s exquisite Cabernet Sauvignon wine was awarded ‘ Best Red Wine of the Year’ by the prestigious Los Angeles Times International.

Today, Taltarni continues its practice of creating premium - quality wines with excellent character and finesse to compete with the other speciality wineries in the region. Under its flagship, T-series range is three magnificent blends – Shiraz, Brut and Sauvignon Blanc.

The Taltarni T-Series Brut is an exceptional non-vintage that has made a definitive mark on the Australian wine market. It is a superior - quality sparkling wine that has been produced using a combination of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. It has a pale lemon colour with bright green hues outlining the edges. The wholesome palate presents flavours of white peaches, strawberries and citrus characters complemented by a smooth texture that leads up to a clean and refreshing finale.
