Vineyards and Vintage Conditions

The 2024 vintage was shaped by a mild, consistent growing season, allowing the grapes to ripen slowly and evenly. Cool nights preserved the natural acidity, while warm, sunny days developed concentrated varietal character. Low yields resulted in exceptional flavour intensity.

Winemaking Process

Grapes were harvested in the cool of early morning to maintain freshness. Gentle pressing and cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks preserved the vibrant aromatics and crisp texture. The wine was kept on fine lees for a short period to enhance mid-palate weight and complexity before bottling.

Pale straw with subtle green hues. Aromas of pear, crisp apple, and white florals mingle with hints of citrus zest. The palate is fresh and vibrant, delivering flavours of nashi pear, lemon, and a touch of almond, supported by bright acidity and a clean, dry finish.
