This Pinot Noir is sourced from the Riverina region, a warm inland area that has increasingly shown its potential for producing lighter red styles with balance and approachability. The 2023 vintage allowed the fruit to develop attractive aromatics alongside freshness and structure.

Winemaking Process

Parcels of Pinot Noir were carefully selected to highlight bright fruit and varietal definition. Gentle handling during winemaking has ensured a style that is supple and elegant, with lifted aromatics and fine tannin structure.

Tasting Notes

Vibrant pale red in the glass, the wine opens with aromas of plum, cherry and delicate floral notes. The palate is light to medium bodied, showing flavours of strawberry, raspberry and cherry framed by subtle tannins. It finishes with elegance, structure and length, drinking beautifully now with the potential to cellar for up to four years.
